A society for all?

A society for all?

Women's month is a time for uplifting, its a time for promoting women as equals. But how did that come to be? How is it that in our society, women felt so unappreciated and devalued that they even had to fight for the right to equality in the first place?

In a perfect world, there is no need for advocation for equal treatment. Equality is a concept that should be common sense to the common person. But alas, this is our reality, and although it is a sad fact to accept, there IS a need for advocacies like women's month.

We came from one, there would be no humanity without them, and it is time that we recognize their contributions and role in our world to truly establish a society for all.
